Black Market is a powerhouse of flavor. There is so much going on with a blueberry aroma, a syrupy body and chocolate aftertaste. It tastes like caramel covered apples. Black Market is our alter-ego. We were drawn to roasting coffee because of our clandestine adventures in the market bazaars of Antigua and Rio De Janeiro. This blend has to be a bold statement combining exotic flavors and unimaginable pairings. Volcano coffee from Papua New Guinea enmeshed with the most ancient rootstock of Ethiopia exudes everything we want to say about our ethos as coffee purveyors...
