Online orders are shipped Monday through Friday and typically ship within 2 business days of receipt.
We ship via UPSP or UPS.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy on merchandise. To return unworn or unused merchandise, with tags and in original packaging, please contact us at info@contrabandcoffee.com to start the process. If eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or perishable items, such as coffee, tea and food items. If you are dissatisfied with your Contraband Coffee order in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your perishable item at info@contrabandcoffee.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Emails must include a photo of issue, which allows us to immediately make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
