YEMEN HARAZI

Yemen Harazi has a most unique profile. Filled with dark spice and dried fruit flavors it also has a unique rustic chocolate and fresh tobacco leaf quality to its aromas and flavors. Traditionally Yemeni coffee is roasted dark to mask some of the natural earthiness, but we roast it lighter to accentuate those pungent flavors. It's altogether funky and fantastic!
